Patient Concerns/Grievances

If you have a patient concern: Tell your caregiver of your concern.

If you are not satisfied and still have a concern, ask to speak with the supervisor or director of that department.

If your concern is not addressed, please contact hospital administration. In the event that your concern is still not resolved, you may request a grievance review. Also, you have the right to contact the Missouri Department of Health and Senior Services at (573) 751-6400 or by mail at: P.O. Box 573, Jefferson City, Missouri 65102 and/or the Joint Commission's Office of Quality Monitoring at 1-800-994-6610 or by e-mail at complaint@jointcommission.org.
