| The Cafeteria's hours of operation: 7 a.m. - 4 p.m.; 4:30 p.m. - 6:30 p.m., Monday through Sunday. The Café Continental, located inside the North Addition lobby, offers gourmet coffee and baked goods and is open 7 a.m. - 2 p.m., Monday through Friday. |

| The non-denominational chapel is located on the first floor across from the ICU. Please dial (573) 458-PRAY (7729) for a recorded prayer. Prayers are updated daily. |
| CHAPLAIN |
| A chaplain is available at all times. Please ask your nurse to call or page a chaplain. |
| EDUCATIONAL RESOURCES |
| Internet access for health information research is available in the Rotary Health Information Center, which is located off the main hallway outside of the Emergency Department. Educational resources are also provided in the Cancer Resource Room located in the Radiation Oncology Department. |
| GIFT SHOP |
| Provides an array of flowers, gift items, magazines and personal items. The Gift Shop is located inside the Main Entrance of the hospital. Hours of operation: Monday through Saturday 9 a.m. - 8:30 p.m. and Sunday 10 a.m. - 7 p.m. |
| HELP “Here Everyone Loves Patients” Program |
| Operated by the Auxiliary, this service helps patients with non-nursing duties (i.e., providing a blanket, reading with the patient, helping to make a telephone call, etc.) Call extension 7939 for assistance. |
| LOST AND FOUND |
| Contact the main registration desk, located in the Main Entrance, if you find lost items or if you have lost personal belongings. |
| MEALS |
| Your nurse can provide you with information regarding patient meal times. For obstetrical patients, a specialty menu is available to meet your needs. |
| NOTARY |
| The hospital has a notary public available from 8 a.m. - 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday. Call extension 7900 for this service. |
| PATIENT CONCERNS/GRIEVANCES |
If you have a patient concern:
Tell your caregiver of your concern.
If you are not satisfied and still have a concern, ask to speak with the supervisor or
director of that department.
If your concern is not addressed, please contact hospital administration. In the event that your concern is still not resolved, you may request a grievance review. Also, you have the right to contact the Missouri Department of Health and Senior Services at (573) 751-6400 or by mail at: P.O. | PCRMC utilizes the services of Press Ganey Associates, the industry's leader in health care customer satisfaction measurement. A survey will be mailed to you shortly following your hospital visit. Please reply to our survey, so that we continue to better meet our patients’ needs. |
| RESTROOMS |
| Public restrooms are located on each floor. Inquire at nurse's station or ask any staff member for assistance. For infection control purposes, visitors should not use patient restrooms. |
| SECURITY |
| For any security concerns, call (573) 458-7568, or dial '0' to inform the hospital operator, or ask any staff member for assistance. Your safety is our utmost concern. |
| SMOKING & TOBACCO USE |
PCRMC is entirely smoke/tobacco-free. Tobacco use by employees, patients and visitors - both inside and outside the facility - is prohibited. Patients may ask their physician or nurse for smoking cessation assistance or call (573) 458-7695 to register for a successive, seven-week tobacco cessation class.

| For local calls dial '9,' then your number. For long distance calls, dial '9,' then '0' for operator assistance. If you are using a calling card, dial '9' then '0' and your calling card number. Long distance calls must be collect or billed to your credit card or home phone. Telecommunication display devices (TDD) are available for hearing impaired patients. Ask your nurse to locate a TDD telephone.
Operator placement fee is $1.99 per call; long distance toll charge is $0.25 per minute.
Note - these charges apply to all Operator Assisted calls including: collect calls, credit card calls and calls billed to a third party.

| The hospital is a very public place with many people coming in and out of your room. We cannot ensure the security of your personal items and valuables. The hospital is not responsible for lost or stolen items. Please leave jewelry, money or other valuables at home or with a loved one. If this is not possible, ask your nurse about storing your valuables in the hospital safe. |
